IHP I'm Challenged

My studio is a disaster and I can hardly move in it and I have piles everywhere.  It is a place that squashes creativity right now.  I feel like between all the running around in preparation for the holidays, I keep pitching my stuff in my space, and asking my children to pitch stuff in my space when they kindly ask what to do with my stuff spew.  *sigh*  It is not a safe place for puppies fer sher!!!  And, for this post, don't get me started on the puppies, except for me to say that they are doing MUCH better.

I will be relying on challenges quite a bit for the next while. I can hardly think straight let alone be *uber* creative.  Seriously?!!!  Nope.  Can't do it.  I thank all the wonderful sites that so generously share their creativity and do what they do to inspire papercrafters like me on a regular basis.  I combined lots of challenges for this card, and I'm quite happy with it;

I used some FAB Christmas paper I've had sitting on the floor leaning against my desk leg and haven't cut in to yet this Christmas card making season.  I used some favourite stamps from i {heart} papers called Merry Christmas Trees.  Kate has this set on sale right now, so it would be an awesome addition to any Christmas stamp collection AND Kate is offering Free Shipping to all US addresses and -50% for Canadian addresses tomorrow, Friday, December 17th.

Now that this is uploaded, I need to keep cleaning up my space.  I am moving some extra storage in my back room in the form of my kids old dressers to hold my copic ink refills and sewing patterns.  There's more than one dresser coming my way because my dad has been busy creating stunning new chests of drawers for each of my kids.  I can hardly wait to be a bit more organized and generally cleaned up.  My sewing desk is a thing of beauty all tidied up, dusted and ready to go and I'm going to do the doorway to my backroom next because I'm avoiding the mess that is my paper crafting desk still.  Wish me luck!  I'm starting to pack up my Christmas stamps and getting back to a bit more general use crafting.

Here's a list of my challenge muses for this card;
curtain call #60 - olive, celery, chocolate, red
mojo monday #169 - sketch challenge
CCEE1049 - do you see what I see?
ABC Christmas - jewels and gems
alphabet challenge - f for foliage
creative card - anything goes
freshly brewed designs - sparkle and shine
let's ink it up - christmas with bling
lots to do - glitz
mami doodles; anything goes

ink; peeled paint, forest moss distress ink (ranger)
accessories; green silk ribbon (creative impressions),  cardinal rhinestones (bazzill), copic markers (YG91, YG93, YG95, YG97, YG99), brad (making memories), white gel pen (sakura)

WOW. I love, LOVE this card. If this is your work when you are not in a creative mood, I bet when your creative juices are flowing, your cards are out-of-this-world.
I'm going to save a picture of this beauty to hopefully inspire a thimble full of creativeness. :) TFS

Your card caught my eye while checking out the Let's Ink it Up challenge. I think it is fantastic. Good luck getting organized. I spend half my time making messes and the other half cleaning up.
