Table Blessings

Today with Heartfelt Creations, I created place cards for an elegant table setting.

I cut Decorative Window Scene Die using double thick (120lb) card stock.  Then, I cut the lower window brace below cross bar and scored it at 3/16" below cut to create a tab.  I glued the tab 3/4" up from the bottom of the cross bar on the remaining brace to create a support for the place card.  Here's some visual help;

Next, I cut 4 ovals using Petite Oval Small Spellbinders Nestabilities die and sponged the center of the oval before removing it from the die.  I removed cut oval from die and stamped the sentiment in grey, then small Elegant Snowflake Medallion stamp, overlapping slightly with sentiment.  It is helpful to write names on place cards before continuing with glass shard glitters.

Finally, I applied glue to edge of oval and sprinkled with glass glitter shards.  Using a glue pen, I added a small amount of glue to Elegant Snowflake Medallion stamp and sprinkle with fine glass glitter.  Then, adhere oval to Decorative Window Scene Die place card backing using dimensionals and adhere bow to the top of the oval.

stamps; Classic message, Elegant Snowflake Medallions (Heartfelt Creations)
paper; double thick white, coconut swirl (bazzill)
ink; slate adirondack,  tumbled glass distress ink (ranger)
accessories; decorative window scene die, small petite oval nestabilities (spellbinders), Diamond Dust fine glitter, Blue Topaz glass shards Vintage Glass Glitter (Art Institute Glitter), quickie glue pen (sakura), narrow white satin ribbon (offray)
