I have needed to sit out of SCS challenges for far too long! It's a lot like when you read a book series that was first published a few years ago, and you have the luxury of catching up, reading for hours and books on end. The catch-up goes by quickly and then the waiting, like everyone else, begins. I have the fortune of catching up on challenges on SCS. I'm thrilled to bits!!! I have the time, the resources (okay, stamps) and the determination to get back to it!

This card is done for the Featured Stamper challenge. I case this wonderful card by krabearcub. This was the first Feature Stamper challenge and I'm going to be practical * insert roll eyes here * and begin at the beginning. I used Bazzill saltillo for the card base and java for the main panel base(the perfect darn-near-black-without-being-black-since-I-think-I'm-allergic-to-black colour out there). I got this Daisy D's Gypsy Harvest paper from eclectic paperie **insert wave to the girls there that are WONDERFUL!!!**. I used the Basic Grey Basic elements chipboard for the heart. Love those things! The basic elements chipboard is a wonderful package of happiness, but I'm looking forward to getting the SU! chipboard into my hot little hands! I love the SU! hodgepodge hardware and have been frugal to the point of being stingy in its use, but maybe SU! is bringing out refills in the new catty next week - I can always dream, so don't tell me otherwise.

Onto the next challenge...
