Another glorious challenge!

I really respect what the mods on SCS do. Faithfully, every week, to the delight of thousands of stampers, challenges are posted to keep us inspired and creative. They are wonderful!

I used Well-Worn Words on the main circle. I like the effect of words on words - it adds depth and detail, along with sponging the edge with the 2008 in-colours, Soft Sky and Bayou Blue. I always get the giga and mega punches mixed up. I used the purple :) for the scallop circle and the pink for the circle. I think the white sponging around the card edge is one of my favourite effects. I did it on cards back in February that I submitted to Stampintons, by request. I used up a few ribbon scraps in the bow - a little trick - I bundled the ribbon scraps with a tiny piece of tape so they would be easier to tie into the knot. I used a dab of crystal effects to make sure nothing comes undone. For more details, check out my gallery on SCS.
