This wondeRful weekend, the SugaR CReek Hollow design team would like to welcome ouR new guest designeR, MaRy Duffek to the team, and send hugs to depaRting guest designeR BeRnadette Bliss.  As a team, ouR challenge foR this hop you have so gRaciously joined us on is to use the following sketch foR ouR caRd;

June Sketch

Isn't it a goodeR?  I love the oval, and all that open field is simply magnificent!  Kudos, Joseline foR this sketch!!!  HeRe's what I did with this sketch;

 While I love the concept of my caRd, I'm not keen on the itty bitty Rhinestone embellishments I chose to use because I didn't have anything that was biggeR in size that fit with the theme of my caRd.  I just love this butteRfly tile image that TRacy has cReated and Really wanted to use it for this sketch because I had this concept fiRmly in my head of using this paRticulaR squaRe image on the oval foR the sketch.  The Fancy Tags I used behind the squaRe image reinfoRce the oval feel of this poRtion of the caRd.  Love it!  It is definitely an idea I want to use again.

I used copic maRkeRs on this image, and then sponged oveR top, choosing colouRs from my Queen Bee papeR pad.  I love this ivoRy and black check gingham Ribbon that cooRdinates so beautifully with my designeR papeR and just a note, but you'll see this Ribbon again veRy soon because it is also peRfect for my Capella papeR, and Really, it's stunning!!!

ONE LUCKY WINNER will win a bundle of TRacy's fabulous Ribbon and a caRd fRom EACH of the design team.  Good Luck and enjoy the hop!!

stamps; butterfly tile (sugar creek hollow)
paper; queen bee (pink paislee), raven, elephant, coconut swirl (bazzill)
ink; scattered straw, black soot distress ink, slate, pitch black adirondack ink (ranger)
accessories; labels 10, fancy tags, square nesties, decorative photo corners (spellbinders), ivory and black check ribbon (may arts), black rhinestones (heidi swapp), copic markers

Your card has such a dramatic look about it. It is just jaw dropping. Not many people can pull of a black and white card but you have.
