This is the ink under yesterday's embossing powder. I love the way craft inks smoosh together making a nice gradation of colour. I love chalk inks for the same reason, only they dry faster! I used chalk ink on the topiary pot. It produces such a nice effect. There is a tiny bit of bling on the top of each ball. I used SU! Irridescent ice this time, as it's more see through than Ranger's Bridal ep. I masked out the entire image and used scotch magic tape along the border of the image. Then I over stamped with Sanded in Tea Dye and then Linen inked with Antique Linen and sprtized with water for a less clean linen image. I'm SO disappointed that SU! has discontinued Linen. It's such a nice, light texture compared to Canvas. Oh well, I have it and won't let it go...
I used my new Wonderland paper from Cosmo Cricket for the dp. I LOVE THIS STUFF and their latest Christmas paper offering, Be Good. Cosmo Cricket has absolutely nailed the vintage paper look.
I love this card and it's going to be a toughie to give away. My dad might be the recipient, just so I can go visit... Sad, eh?!

this is so pretty!!!
Love it! I bet it's even more beautiful in person with the soft effects of the chalk ink. I'll miss the linen stamp as well. It's my fav background stamp! Glad I found your blog!
