I love basic grey rub-ons, and I so HAPPY that Stampin' Up! is coming out with some truly gorgeous rub ons. WHat I discovered it rub ons can be stamped on - sort of. The ink does some funny things, but looked okay. The ink can be rubbed off the rub-on, but there is a little bit of ink residue left, but it creates an almost shadow effect. Now, don't try this at home an leave me a comment saying that ink wrecks rub ons - I'm the queen of screw up and I think it makes a shadow effect. So there!
I added shine with stickles so the snow was sparkly, since snow is really sparkly... I think I need a nap. I sound like a three year old describing this. Hmmmmm...
I didn't come up with the idea for this card, cwilliams over on splitcoast did the original in brown - I loved it! I wanted to do a brown one too, but I loved these ribbons together so much that I scrapped my brown version and went with my ribbon inspiration.
Thanks for dropping by!!

I love your version in pink ... just gorgeous ... and I also love your appreciation of art as a "happy accident" ... it is what we make it.
