Purple Calendar of Happiness

I was given Mini Calendar stickers to use for my i {heart} papers challenge project this month. I'm not normally a fan of stickers, but these stickers are terrific. I like that they are stickers with purpose, not an embellishment and so I made a perfectly functional calendar with them.

I've used paper which is a new favourite called A Beautiful Life by My Mind's Eye. This crepe ribbon is such a gorgeous, saturated purple that I've had it in a little pile on my desk just so I can gaze at it drink in the colour. I used my handy dandy Bow Easy to tie the bows. I sponged the edges of my pattern paper with seedless preserves distress ink from the autumn colour limited edition ink pad collection and I loved the same deeply saturated purple as the ribbon. These jet black rhinestones are a divine little sparkly add on from Zva Creative. A perfect little gift that I can tuck away for gift giving in a few weeks!

Check out what the rest of the i {heart} papers team did with these fabulous stickers;
