The i {heart} papers design team has been challenged to make a project that beats the heat. Cool! *giggle*
I decided that if I was going to do a chill project, I was going to go all the way and do a winter themed card. I really loved the layout I used for my last card, so I wanted to use it again for this card since I originally had visions of a snow flake/ornament hanging from that delectable bow! This paper is Eskimo Kisses from Basic Grey and I really love the size of all the characters on the paper - so sweet!!
The bow is made using my Bow Easy (doesn't take a neurosurgeon to figure that out, eh?!) and light blue striped twill ribbon by May Arts. I thought Parisian Accents Shapeabilities by Spellbinders would make a perfect wintery background without being overtly 'winter' and I blinged it up using rhinestones from Zva. Talking in Circles by Technique Tuesday is such an elegant setting for many sentiments including this 'Snowy Days' from the very whimsical Our Craft Lounge set, Snowy Sayings. The circle is cut using another Spellbinders set, Large Classic Circles. As always, if Kate is out of stock of any of the product I have used for my project, please contact her for ordering information. She is very accommodating and has the best customer service!
Take a peek at the rest of the projects by the ihp team and enjoy your day!

OOH, Loretta, this is super-gorgeous! How funny that we went to the same paper pad for our inspiration! Kudos for actually making a winter-themed card -- I just couldn't go there yet!
