You are Loved

I really like the new line of stamps Kate is carrying at i {heart} papers from Unity Stamps by artist Suzi Blu.  They are completely whimsical funky, and are right up my alley!  Here's what You are Loved inspired me to make;

My colours are taken from my Kioshi paper pad by Basic Grey.  This paper echoes a similar whimsy to the stamp for me and the lovely colours are fresh. This celery green twill stripe ribbon is perfect with the Kioshi paper, and are perfect for the Bring Back Beautiful challenge for November - BBB04.  I used Eyelet Circle nestabilities to add a little dimension under the image and to frame the white bows with the heart charms, adding to the polka dot whimsy.

I used copic markers to colour this sweet image, and added a little highlight with white gel pen.  I don't often do this, simple because I forget I have a white gel pen, but when I do think of it, I am always happy with the effect.

Have a wonderful weekend!

So sweet and beautiful! The light touch you used to colour the girl is keeping with the pastel shades of the bg and accessories. Lovely card!
