This month the i {heart} papers design team was challenged to make a project with the them of 'Lights All Aglow'. Ouch! Candles? Luminaries? Sunrise? I felt stumped for quite awhile...until I thought about these gorgeous wooden slot ornaments by Kaiser Craft that I have and how I could use them and some glittery embellishments to work with light.
I ordered 2 package of Zva Basic Lines Chocolate Rhinestones for this ornament, and coloured the wood with copic markers. This ornament is my favourite of the 3;
For this ornament I using clear drying glue and clear glass glitter. I think it would look great by using copic markers to give the wood some colourful life;
This ornament is over the moon sparkly and really makes the light dance;
If you play along with us, please use code ihp1110 so we can find your creations and leave you a comment. Check out what the rest of the design team has done with our challenge, 'Lights All Aglow';
accessories; wooden slot ornament (kaiser craft), diamond dust glass glitter, gala glitz brown (art institute glitter), basic lines chocolate rhinestones (zva), copic markers
