The cover for this little gem is pretty straight forward. The brads started life as yellow and baby poop brown - not good for a cover - KWIM?! I used alcohol inks on them to colour match with the designer paper a little better and I'm pretty happy with the results.
stamps; Delight in Life, Carte Postale (Stampin' Up!)
paper; very vanilla (Stampin' Up!), Geneva (Bazzill destinations), Wanted (Cosmo Cricket)
ink; Tea Dye, Vintage Photo (Ranger distress Inks), adirondak alcohol inks (Ranger)
accessories; shades of Tuscan silk flowers (Petaloo), Twill Ribbon, nylon ribbons (Martha Stewart), copic markers, copper brad (7gypsies), Chocolate Bodacious Brads (Bo Bunny)
Each page took on a life of its own from day to day. I used Antique Linen, Tea Dye and Vintage Photo along with a little green (old olive, certainly celery or river rock) on each page with pink as the colour to add a little 'pop'. This provides unity for the project. This page is one of my favourites.
